Disorganized and unwelcoming I called the service center to see if I could come in immediately due to low tire pressure. After the man from the service center took all my info, 15 minutes later he told me the first availability would be in 25 days. I reiterated to him that I need to come in immediately, and he said they would accommodate me. Upon arrival, there was no record of me in their computer system and no record of my call. The woman who checked me in looked like she was mad to have to check another person in. I was told the wait would be 1.5-2 hours, it was 3 hours. The waiting area is pleasant enough, with snacks and beverages provided for free. However, there was constant loud music playing nearby. I received an update after 2 hours, and I could tell from my Hyundai app that work didn’t start on my car for 2 hours. Checkout was smooth, except it appeared that no air had been put in my other 3 tires, even though I paid to have them rotated. More

Engine recall I took my car in to have the engine replaced on March 2. The service advisor (Mike) told me it would be a couple of weeks. After 3 weeks passed and no I took my car in to have the engine replaced on March 2. The service advisor (Mike) told me it would be a couple of weeks. After 3 weeks passed and no phone call. I decided to call him and get an update. I left a message. Waited a few more days for a return call from Mike. Still no call. I ended calling back and left a message. All i was asking for was a status update on my vehicle. Finally it took 2 months of calling back and forth to get a status on my vehicle. My car was completed on or about May 11. I got no phone call saying my car was ready. When I went to go get my car. There was 2 dings on the drives side door. I showed Mike Rigo. He told me to bring the car in the following week. I brought the car in on the following Tuesday. To send it to the body shop. When I got the car back. Mike the service advisor said that one of the dings there was nothing they could do about it. Needless to say I wasn't happy but took the car anyway. I feel like the level of customer service was not what I was expecting. Like I said earlier I had to make several calls with no call back to get a status on my car. More

I was quite disappointed that I was originally scheduled for a Sunday, which is perfect for me and my schedule, but then several days later was cancelled. I was disappointed the window of time for scheduling on the internet is so short. I originally needed to schedule something over two weeks out but could not. I do like the coupons and discounts. More
