I was taken into the office and made to stand in line for 30 minutes without any instructions or any words from the busy customer service associates. When someone from the line got frustrated and asked for help, the reps reiterated they'll be with us shortly, which wasn’t the case. I had an appointment. The customer service reps were very unprofessional, and were constantly looking at each other and complaining about their work. Will mostly likely not visit this dealer again. More

Haggling at its finest I asked the dealership to perform an oil change and an alignment as my car had hit a pothole over the weekend and I desperately needed an adjustment. I asked the dealership to perform an oil change and an alignment as my car had hit a pothole over the weekend and I desperately needed an adjustment. They then proceeded to tell me that I did not need an alignment but a new tire instead due to metal wiring separating from the wheel. When I refused to purchase a tire from their shop, they refused to do an alignment, citing “liability” concerns. Had I not previously received the same suggestion which resulted in poor service the last time, I may have been more receptive. But the agent quoted me brakes, tires, and rotation and balance charges in addition to the alignment. Upon visiting another shop the very same day, they were able to confirm my original request for an alignment and fix the “separation” caused by the pothole that I cited, (it was just a bump in the tire). The fact that they run the same scheme so often from various dealerships says very little to defend the character of the company. The manager didn’t even try to explain his diagnosis or even justify the claims they had previously made. Beware of the shade salesmen here as they are plentiful and abundantly crooked. More

It was a good experience overall Tiffany was great, she made my experience beyond great.
