The waiting area is as nice and comfortable as the waiting areas at Courtesy Kia and Hyundai, and their service writers treated me better than at Courtesy Kia (I visited them the day before to service my Sedona). Awful Experience I will never go back to this dealership. Terrible service from day one. The lack of professionalism and communication skills is ridiculous. The few ti I will never go back to this dealership. Terrible service from day one. The lack of professionalism and communication skills is ridiculous. The few times I had my car serviced here I never once received any updates about my the status of my vehicle, even when it was finished! The only way I would ever get an update is if I called repeatedly until I talked to someone who somewhat knew what was going on with my car, but very rarely could I get a hold of my actual adviser. One time my vehicle was done being serviced and I never even received a phone call about that. Then, when I tried calling my adviser I couldn't get a hold of him. I then had to be driven to the dealership to see the adviser standing at his desk and I say that I want to see what's going on with my car because I have work soon and he very casually said "oh yeah your car has been finished." Never one update about anything. I then recently had to have my engine replaced. It took the dealership a month and a half to do this. Every time I would call I would get the same answer, "it will be able 2-3 weeks." I also at one point called and had an employee tell me that "the dealership is never really sure when their engine shipments come in it is just kind of random." During this month and a half process, I received about two phone calls total from my service adviser. The rest of the time I had to call to get updates about my vehicle from other people because my adviser was never available for 20 seconds to give me an update on my car. I can't even count how many times I called the dealership and they would say "can I take your phone number and have your adviser give you a call back" and never receive a phone call. When my car was finished, I received a phone call on a Thursday around 3 p.m. from my adviser and he said "hey did anyone give you a call?" and I said no and he was like "oh okay your car was finished yesterday." So not only did I get a call a day late the call came so late in the day I had to wait till the next day to go pick it up because I had work that night. I understand sometimes things happen and it took a little longer than usual to get my car back, but it was the lack of communication and professionalism that I dealt with that really bothered me. All I asked for was a few updates from my adviser and not once did I receive one through the entire process. There is absolutely no sense of urgency at this dealership. Then, after I get my car back, I notice about a week later that all the sudden my passenger side air vent is no longer working. I never had this issue before taking my car to this dealership to replace the engine. I am assuming that they improperly reconnected something and that is why it is no longer working. I took my car back there and explained the entire situation and they were less than helpful. I was told I was going to be charged a 120 dollar diagnostics fee and then they would go from there. How are they gonna charge me a fee when they are the ones who messed up? The adviser and the manager kept saying that the engine and the A.C. is not related so it couldn't of been from them. Funny how I never had this issue before but this dealership will never own up to their mistakes. I told them that I would take my car somewhere else. The advisers are never available to talk on the phone so if you drop your car off the only way to get an update is to go there only to find the advisers standing at their desks 6 inches from their phones every single time. Absolutely terrible experiences and never again will I bring my vehicle here to be serviced and I will also never do business with this dealership. Thank God I did not purchase my car from them I can only imagine what kinds of shady things they do in that department. If you can avoid this dealership I strongly urge you to do so! Mike Bittner was the service adviser that I had for my engine issues. I can't remember the names of the other service advisers and the manager that I spoke with. More

He helped secure a lower payment, something we could reasonably afford. When we got to finance, Thomas was great. He kept tons moving along workout rushing, taking the time to answer my questions. He also did everything he could to help us, adding discounts where he could to make all important Gap insurance adorable for us. More
Horrible customer service. I serviced my car there for a tire replacement back in January 2019. The guy told me he would call me back with the loaner information along with the date to bring the car in.... it’s now the end of May and haven’t heard anything from them. I will NOT be servicing my car there for any reason unless I have no other choice! More
