Unprofessional Mess Terrible customer service and no care expressed towards the mistakes. Was told that my keys were inaccessible until the next morning and then I see my Terrible customer service and no care expressed towards the mistakes. The only pleasant part of the experience was with the Service Advisor and he was from the Honda dealership. John (Honda Dealer) was the only one that was helpful and that showed that he cared in anyway. More
