Worst service ever I was scheduled to come back by service writer Cory Leisure. There was a part that had to be replaced and he told me he would contact me when it arriv I was scheduled to come back by service writer Cory Leisure. There was a part that had to be replaced and he told me he would contact me when it arrived. I waited almost a month and NO calls. I call myself and was told that the part was in and I scheduled to come in. I show up and he told me I was not on the schedule and the part I waited for and confirmed was sent back to the warehouse. This is absolutely pitiful treatment from him. He promised he would do this again. Let’s see how this goes. I would NEVER think that I would be treated like this. This is the WORST treatment I have EVER endured. I had to take time off from work with nothing getting done to my vehicle. More

I call in again and spoke with Mike from the parts Dept an he told me the part was in and that he put a lock on it not to be sent back. Mind you this is WEEKS. After I was assured by Cory Leisure that he would contact me. I asked mike to put me with the service manager and he passed me to someone I did not get his name. I left a message and STILL NO CALLS BACK. At this point I WOULD NOT recommend this dealer to my WORST ENEMY. At this point I would not even trust them to work on my car. I can’t believe I have to endure this treatment TWICE!!!!! More

This dealership gave me its best price the first time, without haggle, without deception, and it was a good deal below an already low price offered from another dealership that was part of NFCU auto buying program. I was given a phone number and person (Hailey) who seemed to be the 'point person' - she was great! She texted me or called me promptly, answered questions, directed me to what to do next, and went above and beyond to be sure that our needs were met. The rest of the staff was great too! I decided to purchase from this dealership and have the 2019 Kona transported to my daughter (about 400 miles away), even though I may have been able to get the closer dealer to meet Brandon Hyundai's price, but I wanted to purchase from the dealership that did the BEST JOB to meet my needs, and had the BEST price. I still ended up paying a little bit less, even with the cost of the transport by purchasing from this dealer. They gave me the exact costs whenever asked, which is something others dealers did not do. When I get ready to purchase another vehicle - I will call them first - even though I do not live there! Thank you Brandon Hyundai! and I was not paid, nor know anyone personally from this dealership, in fact this was all done by phone - I am hoping to see the faces of the people I dealt with someday! The worst ever !! This was the worst experience ever!! They had our car for 2 weeks and it came home with the light on. Took it to Wesley Chapel Huyandai only to find out the Fuel pump was gone!! They fixed it in one day! Brandon gave us a Hertz rental that was a Piece of crap!!!! Wesley Chapel gave us a brand new Santa Fe for the one day it took to fix our car! I wouldn’t go to Brandon again if they offered me a new car at 50% off because I do not trust them at all!!! More

You have had my car for a month and not one call back I brought my car in for service questions and it is in need of several serious repairs, a recall and a repeat repair gone wrong again. You forgot to send a voucher with me for the rental which cost me an additional hour of waiting. From the very next day I called, wasted hours on calls trying to find out how this would all be dealt with but not ONE SINGLE CALL TO SERVICE WAS ANSWERED NOR ONE SIGLE CALL BACK FROM MESSAGES LEFT TIME AFTER TIME. A salesman was nice enough to walk a personal voice mail to your service manager and still no call back. The Hyundai customer service response was good but required a week awaiting a representative given my case. YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT WON"T EVEN CALL BACK THE FACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE AN IMPROVEMENT TO the last dealer/owner of this dealership in Brandon Fl. As business people you are a joke and adissappointment ! I'll tell everyone I know. More
