The most frustrating part is that there were no proactive calls- just me calling several times, leaving messages, waiting on hold up to an hour, calling management and finally just showing up in person asking for my car back. Sorry Brandon Hyundai, but not only have you lost a service customer, you’ve lost future sales as well. More

Wasted time! You have a 9:30AM appointment for a SIMPLE oil change. Sat in your waiting area for an hour and fifty minutes. Then waited another 15:00 minutes for the vehicles that were blocking my car in to be moved. Have had my Genesis serviced there for over 3 years. They have been getting worse instead of better.The past few times I have been there it all “new” people. No consistency, no continuity. More

No directions what to do when you walk in the door. I waited an hour for the shuttle to take me to the mall. Nice service but I had to remind them. They forgot me. When I retrieved my car, the service rep met me at the door and said,”here are your keys and invoice.”My car still had the click so I went back in (still no eye contact) and asked. “Oh. (Looks on computer) They couldn’ t fix that, yet. You’ll have to come back. It will take two hours.” Wait....I had to ask to make an appointment. My car was blocked in. I waited while someone finally made a path for me. Overall, I have to come back, no one told me, and they don’t care. More
