Nikki was the one who walked us through everything. As soon as we walked in she greeted us, offered us water and asked us how she could help us. She showed us exactly what we asked for, and even offered alternatives when we were unsure of what would suit our lifestyle best. She was very clear, straightforward and kind. The man who helped us with the financing was very funny, and personable. We walked out of there with the perfect car, feeling like we got an awesome deal. It was very speedy and efficient. Horrible customer service. Save yourself RUN AWAY!!! No one will call you back no matter how many times you call. I called everyday for a 9 days before driving up twice because the first time RUN AWAY!!! No one will call you back no matter how many times you call. I called everyday for a 9 days before driving up twice because the first time no one had any idea what was going on with my car and there was no service manager. My car was there well over a month due to a recall with not one single service update. Paid out of pocket for rental because no one at this dealership could even call hertz back. I did get refunded but not the point. A complete total nightmare I hope to never return. I now drive out to the Lakeland dealership it’s 12 miles farther then Brandon from my house but it is so worth it. Customer service is amazing and get this!? I didn’t have to spend the entire day at the dealership getting my car fixed More

Lack of communication I arrived at my 8 AM appointment at 7:30 AM. The service writer came to my car and we completed the service request. I was there for a factory rec I arrived at my 8 AM appointment at 7:30 AM. The service writer came to my car and we completed the service request. I was there for a factory recall, oil change and to check one of my running lights. We finished up and the service writer told me to go inside and wait for a service tech to get with me before I left. I stopped and spoke to the female receptionist in the service office and asked her is this where I was to report to and she said no so we went to the waiting area and sat down. We waited and finally at 10:15 I got up and went and spoke to the service tech at the desk and asked him what the status of my car was. He told me he didn’t even have me on the list. I asked why and he said I had not checked in yet More

Stress free car buying experience We were shopping for a car for our 16 year old daughter. We spoke back and forth with John Valdez before coming in. When we made visits to the dealership, John was always very welcoming! He is filled with all the knowledge of what Hyundai has to offer and solidified that we were making a safe car choice for our daughter. We kept in touch for a few months before we were ready to make the purchase. I never felt pressure or hassled which was important to me. When we were ready I knew we had the best deal, the buying process was seamless as we had everything worked out before we showed up. You can see when you are at the dealership that John works really hard. I truly hope they value his work ethic because he is AMAZING!! Thank you John! More
