Bad products, service is unclear, overall bad experience. I bought a used Hyundai Sonata from a Hyundai dealer and had 2 oil leaks in matter of one day even after it had been serviced. I have now waited 3 wee I bought a used Hyundai Sonata from a Hyundai dealer and had 2 oil leaks in matter of one day even after it had been serviced. I have now waited 3 weeks and have still yet to receive the car I bought, and when I call to get the status of my veichle I always get put on hold or voicemails. I have lost all confidence in this dealer and my purchase. More

This continued the following day where my brakes continue to make the same noise after a $600 brake job Finally the $600 is after $105 or 20% discount which when I keep going over the numbers looks like you just put the $105 back on the bill ... in other words I didn’t see or feel any discount .. $600 was the price I was quoted so where is the discount ? I’ve had service there before and I must say it is gone not just downhill but straight over the cliff .. good luck fixing all your issues .. Jim Susko 2012 Sonata More

Regular maintenance of the Vehicle Mario was very helpful when informing me the maintenance package I purchased for my vehicle didn't cover any other services outside of oil changes. He explained the situation and offered to cover my tire rotation for the confusion. I saw Nikki briefly while waiting for the vehicle and wanted to give her the rating she deserved for helping me get my vehicle in the first place.
