They said they gave me a discount, but also added A/C oder service (what is that?) which basically offsets the discount. Seems the service advisor was trying to improve his numbers at the dealership's expense. More
Great Service But Strange "You Owe" Email After getting complimentary repairs done, I rec'd an email that stated, "Our records indicate that you had a service bill on your last visit. We have a program here at the dealership where we could possibly refund your service bill up to $750. We are dire need of good clean service drive vehicles for our Pre Owned inventory. If you would be willing to allow us to inspect your vehicle. If it's one of the Hyundai's or any Make and Models we want to buy back and you would consider upgrading." As you can see, the sentence structure is poor, at best. My main concern is--do I now owe up to $750 for the repairs? My invoice stated "Paid." More

Didn't get the service done! The service would have taken over 5 hours and they recommended Hertz rental, who wouldn't rent to service members. Brandon hyundai is the worst dealership anywhere! I had to take my car into the shop 5 times before they decided to address the engine recall! My car was in the shop for nearly 2 1/2 months with absolutely no phone call in return after leaving 20 messages for Mike Rago. The customer service here absolutely sucks Beyond Comprehension! There is no common courtesy, zero customer service, and then the final blow was when I went to pick up my car. Mike Bittner who is supposed to be one of the customer service reps in the service station decided to walk out of the office and leave me standing there for 25 minutes before I could actually get my car. It was absolutely filthy and covered in branches and leaves as if it had been sitting underneath of trees for weeks. I had to ask another guy to wash the car just out of common courtesy. More

The answering service is VERY unfriendly and VERY unhelpful. I called the answering service over 20 times and NEVER got a call back or someone to talk to from Brandon Hyundai. Also requested to be called back by a different service manager (Mario) and the call was never returned. Absolutely embarrassed i have allowed myself to be treated like this. Will always push friends and family away from Hyundai due to this. More
