SMOKE AND MIRRORS, STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Beware! My husband bought a new vehicle from this place and it has a ton of scratches all over the vehicle, possibly from tree limbs or something. The Beware! They claimed to have fixed it once but now they are all back, ALL OF THEM. He has left several messages for multiple people there and no one will return his call, which is no surprise these days as customer service has gone by the wayside! Terrible customer service and the worst way to treat a new customer. I'm in need of a new vehicle myself and was likely going to buy from there, but not now. If that's how they treat their clients, I'll take my business elsewhere. Such a shame to own something new that costs thousands of dollars and not fix something they promised to fix. Save yourself they hassle and go somewhere else, hopefully they'll be more loyal! UPDATE: On 12/13/18 we were told we could bring the vehicle in on Friday to get the scratches fixed. They called back later to say that their painter doesn't come in on Friday's. Asked if we could come in on Monday 12/17/18. Unfortunately that conflicted with our schedule. They said they'd call back with a another date. No call back on Tuesday and here it is Wednesday 12/19/18 and still no call. Not to mention they keep texting my husband to see if we are interested in buying a vehicle. So they reach out to see if we want to spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle (which we already did) but cant seem to fix something they promised to fix when we the vehicle was purchased! Completely ridiculous its taking this long. They already got our business so I guess they no longer care. I wont recommend anyone to go to this dealership ever! UPDATE: Its Thursday December 20th and you still haven't called us to schedule the vehicle to be fixed! What gives Brandon Mitsubishi?!?! Do you really not care about your customers?? Supposedly new management, but seems they don't care either March 9th: since then against my better judgement was talked into buying a vehicle from here because they finally fixed my husbands problems. My vehicle has some issues that needs to be fixed and was promised they’d take care of it. It’s been two months since buying my vehicle and I keep getting the run around about a loaner vehicle. Supposedly the one they had wasn’t being brought back by a previous customer. Then they were supposedly buying 3 more but they had to be cleared by the DMV. Went from having good communication with the dealership to now nothing. No priority whatsoever. Got my money and now I don’t matter. I knew better! Screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me! Seriously guys, go anywhere else but here. They put on a good front end show, but after you are chopped liver. If I could zero star this everyday, I would! Such a let down. 3/12/19- Brandon Mitsubishi, where am I on your priority list? I’d say pretty low since no one has called me yet. You can remind Patrick that his last text to me was that my husband and I are important to him personally. That was a month and 1 week ago. 04/23/19 - so since my last post I had to reach out to some in California upper management on linked in to even get the bell rolling in my direction. That was on a Friday, my vehicle was swapped and on its way to being fixed on that following Monday. Before receiving my vehicle back, someone from the dealership ran over something in the road that caused a huge delay. It had to be towed to another dealership where the rim and tire had to be replaced. I finally received my vehicle back only to see that my problem was not resolved. I alerted Patrick to this to which he sounds all concerned but really isn’t. Then proceeds to text me a few days later to ask how my vehicle is doing. What? It’s the freaking same as it was! I’ve wasted so much time and energy on this that I can’t even respond. I’ve missed work days from them telling me they would be out to swap my car and then no call no show. No communication whatsoever! Stay away from the Port Richey location as I was told it’s owned by the same person so expect the same xxxxty service! Save yourself a headache, maybe an ulcer and go buy somewhere else! More

When I scheduled shuttle pick up, I was told the driver was late because they were confused. I ended up taking Uber a half hour after the scheduled shuttle pick up time. Once I arrived, 2 employees stood behind a desk for several minutes without even acknowledging me. The invoice has the wrong tag number and wrong address, making me wonder if my vehicle was ever even serviced. More

Used car pushiness, horrible follow up I dealt with Joey when buying a car for my daughter- he would not leave us alone for 2 seconds. We came in for a used car and he kept pushing us to buy a new car. When I went through the loan process, I was told I did not need to show my paystubs. About 2 weeks after the sale, I received a text from someone named “Frankie” wanting me to email 3 paystubs and proof of residency. I have called six times, SIX, and left messages with Joey, with the finance director, with the customer service people and not one of them have called me back. I’m not sending any of my personal financial information when asked via text!!!! More
