Communication not their strong suit I brought my 2015 Genesis in for the 60,000 mile service and a list of other items as the primary manufacturer warranty was about to expire. The d I brought my 2015 Genesis in for the 60,000 mile service and a list of other items as the primary manufacturer warranty was about to expire. The dealership set up the Rental car for a week which seemed reasonable considering the list of issues I gave them. At the end of the week, I hadn't heard from them on the status of my car and after several attempts, was not successful at contacting or getting the service department to return my call. So I drove to the dealership and asked about my car. They brought out the Mechanic who was very friendly, helpful and downright polite. He picked up on my distaste for the loaner vehicle they put me in. He spoke with someone at the dealership and I was put into a 2019 Genesis G80 loaner car. I told the mechanic, he may have just bumped my survey rating from a 1 star to a 4 star rating. Unfortunately, that was over a month ago and the lack of communication never really improved. I finally got my car back today making it a full 8 weeks it was at the dealership. The workmanship was good and the dealership fixed the issues I brought the car to them for so I want to once again compliment the mechanic who was the most positive part of this experience. The lack of communication issue had me planning a 1 star review but I can't overlook my positive experience with the mechanic and a sincere apology from the Service Manager so I'm going to give them a neutral rating. More
Great service with advisor Mario I was running late for my appt and learned there had been a change at check-in upon my arrival. Two other men engaged in conversation couldn't be bot I was running late for my appt and learned there had been a change at check-in upon my arrival. Two other men engaged in conversation couldn't be bothered to see if we needed help but, Mario came out a side door and immediately asked if he could help us. I told him I had an appt for an oil change and recall work. I also pointed out I may need a rotation and my outlet sockets had stopped working. He patiently captured the information and asked follow questions. He later called to ask some follow up questions, as we'd walked away for breakfast. We felt comfortable that our car would be well taken great care of as Mario explained the actions to be taken. Within a reasonable amount of time, our car was ready and we were on our way. Thank you Mario for "seeing" us and providing great, efficient service! More
Unsatisfied I Bought my car two weeks ago sunday was super excited. But soon as I got home to show my car to my family. We notice scratches that paint was peeling off of brand new Hyundai Santa 2019. So I called Nikki the sales associate. Nikki told me I'll have to bring the car in Tuesday or Wednesday to get it fixed. Came on Wednesday there was no one to fix it. So I had to reschedule another day. Now im extremely upset 😡. On the day that the tried to fix it I got a call from Nikki saying that they'll have to take my new car to the body shop and it would take days to fix it and I'll have to get a rental car and it will cost me. So now I'm stuck with a damaged car that dealership messed up. And still have to make payments like nothing never happened. Nikki was supportive and dropped my car to my job but at the end of the day my car is still messed up. I'll never recommend anyone. They could've done better More
