Still not fixed After several disastrous service appointments we got a call from Jerry Clark the GM who suggested that they come pick up the car the next morning and After several disastrous service appointments we got a call from Jerry Clark the GM who suggested that they come pick up the car the next morning and leave us a loaner to fix the problem. Mike the service manager immediately followed up and said they would call in the morning to come get the car and leave a loaner. So far so good. Crickets. Not a call. We called them at 930 to see what the plan was. No one knew anything and we left a message. Same at 10 and 1030. Then we got a call a little after 11 asking what day did we want to arrange the repair. Apparently no one told anyone it was supposed to be hours ago. 12:30 they pick up the car but don’t leave a loaner. No one knew anything about that. End of day and my wife has to arrange an Uber to get home. We get the car back to my wife’s office and then the next day we have Uber back to her work in fishhawk. We have to leave town for a family emergency and get back a week and a half later to discover the car was never fixed. Just another lie. It is like this dealer gets off on inconveniencing customers. 4 times to get a working seatbelt. This is beyond absurd. While people have been very nice and appear understanding the complete lack of follow through on promises and repairs is the reason for one stars. This service center is getting too expensive for us. We have had to detail the interior to get grease stains out. Uber between fishhawk and Apollo beach. Cancel business appointments etc. why not tell the truth for a change? More
