Car purchase We were greeted by a sales person who help my son find a car he really liked. We looked at a few cars before he found it. The only hang up as always was finance. We were seated in the office and noone even came to tell us what was happening. We just sat there until we approached the staff. It was a poor last impression. I will never come back to Brandon Hyundai because there is simply no I want to tell you what a horrible impression your company has made on my today. I will never come back to Brandon Hyundai because there is simply no excuses for your incompetence, lack of professionalism and consideration, and just the total and utter confusion in their service department. No one seemed to know what they were doing. I had a 10 am appointment because I received a letter from Hyundai that I needed to have my software updated on my Sonata. I arrived at 9:55 and sat in my car waiting for one of the Service techs or Greeters to approach me as they were doing to the other cars ahead of me. I sat in my car waited for 5 minutes and then got out of the car and stood by it, to make sure someone would see me. One of your walked right past me and said nice car, and she kept walking. After 10 minutes with no other greeters with clipboards to be seen outside I want inside. Inside it was complete and utter chaos. Absolute confusion behind the desk, and it was packed with customers standing against the wall with a tech by them with a clipboard in his hand. I told the tech next to me, that no one came to take my information what should I do? He said no problem they will take care of you at the counter. I waited for 6 people ahead of me and at at one point they stared to take a person that came in after me. I said wait a minute I have been waiting here longer than them, why are you skipping over me? When I finally talk to the Service rep behind the counter. He asks me for my clipboard and I tell him I don't have one, and no one ever came outside to take my information. He says no problem, Ill take care of it. He walks me outside and calls the first greeter he sees over and hands him the clipboard. When he did that, you could tell from the expression on that greeters face, that he had other things to do, and he absolutely did not want to take my information. But the Service Rep hands him the clipboard and says to me, don't worry he'll take care of you. Before I can say anything else he turns around and walks back inside. I look at the greeter and I said “wait one minute, are you telling me that I waited in line for 35 minutes, and now i have to start all over again? I just stood in line because no one took my information, and you think I’m going to stand back in line for another 30 minutes? Are you crazy. The Geeter with the clipboard just humped up his shoulder and said there is nothing he can do. I said that is absolute BS. And I walked back to my car. When I got to my car, there where 3 cars waiting behind my car, because my car had been waiting in line for 30 minutes and was blocking the line of traffic. There was a Greeter talking to the car just behind mine and he looked at me and said, "well its about time, we were wondering who's car this was." The only thing that saved his life was that there were too many witnesses. I can't tell you how angry I was because no one at your dealership took responsibility for this situation. Everyone single person I met at in the service department could not have cared less. I called three times to speak to your Service Manager. I was put on hold twice and it went to voice mail. The last time I spoke with someone who said they will get him to call me right back. Guess what, no call back from your service manager. Am I surprised? No I’m not, because your dealership absolutely sucks. I will drive to Sarasota Hyundai before I ever go back to Brandon Hyundai. More
