Disappointed/Dissatisfied. Brandon Mitsubishi claims that all used vehicles must pass a rigorous inspection yet still i was sold a car which was out of alignment, 3 or more blow Brandon Mitsubishi claims that all used vehicles must pass a rigorous inspection yet still i was sold a car which was out of alignment, 3 or more blown speakers, bad hood support cylinder which caused the hood to fall on my head. Salesman also distracted me from taking time to completely inspect the vehicle by saying that there was another customer also interested (false) and whoever signs the papers first gets the car. Poor tactic resulting in unhappy customer. Needed the car so i just went with it. I made them aware of the problems and now im getting the run around. Bs. More
Horrible experience Showed up for my scheduled 10 a.m. appointment, no where to park the car there were so many cars. When it was completed they handed my keys and said here you go. My car was down the block at their other dealership. They ran it through their car wash, didn’t dry it off, left it unlocked with all of my personal belonging in it. Horrible experience!!!!! More

I called at 2pm, 2:45, 3:30 because call centers could not get anyone from service dept to tell me if the car was done or get me a shuttle back. Finally I was able to get a hold of service dept on my last call and they sent a shuttle for me at 4pm. I was stuck in traffic for the next 1.5 hours. Horrible experience. More

Frequent flyer I’m at the dealer monthly to get an oil change and if I need work done or maintenance at times. They are normally pretty quick and receptive. Had to search for my car before I could leave.I initially asked for an estimate on having my cracked dash replaced. Must have fallen on deaf ears. When I questioned the omission was sort of brushed aside. I have been contemplating a new car in the fall. I thought it might be interesting to look around the showroom. NO CARS! Only tables and chairs.. I really do like my Hyundai and still may consider another in the future.But there is absolutely no way Brandon Hyundai will get my business. To put it bluntly, the place is a mess; cars all over the place.No one seems to care about the customer. More
