Hours long wait I made an appointment to have my oil changed and arrived on time. I was greeted in the service drive and was guided inside. I walked into an office of I made an appointment to have my oil changed and arrived on time. I was greeted in the service drive and was guided inside. I walked into an office of busy workers and was directed to the waiting area. An hour later I was still waiting. I went to check the status of my car and saw that it was still sitting in the service drive, 3 cars back. I was told it would be a while. Frustrated, I asked for my keys back and left. I wasted an hour of my day and left without getting my oil changed. More
