Long wait I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment time and was waiting in my car for 15 minutes before someone came to my car. I let the man know I woul I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment time and was waiting in my car for 15 minutes before someone came to my car. I let the man know I would stay for the appointment so they could get me when it was done since it was just an oil change. Two hours later I asked why the oil change was taking so long and was told it would be only a few more minutes. 45 minutes later I was given my paperwork and was told they ended up doing a recall (online says it should take less than an hour to perform) as well. It took an extra 20 minutes to get my car around. 3 hours for an oil change and a recall they didn’t inform me about until after the fact. I was irate & will be taking my business to a different Hyundai Dealership in the future. More

My car was ready around the time they said it would be All of the staff was super nice. There were refreshments for the customers. There was a tv and large waiting room. I didn't mind waiting at all.
