Minor Issue I took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation and informed the young man that I also had no more washer fluid left and so I wanted them to refill I took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation and informed the young man that I also had no more washer fluid left and so I wanted them to refill it. He said no problem and with the free inspection it comes with them checking everything on the car so they would just top it off. When I picked up my car the washer fluid was not refilled and the oil change sticker letting you know when your next oil change is, was not replaced either. Not a big issue but just a little frustrating. Overall, I am always completely satisfied with your services and Dan is always great! I was just a little disappointed because I asked for something to be done and was assured it would be and then it wasn’t. More

The waiting area is equipped with great coffee, delicious snacks and wifi to meet your technology needs as you wait for your vehicle to be repaired. They even go the extra mile and give you face-to-face updates on your car and if any additional issues they found that they suggest should be fixed as well. No pressure, they only inform you but never any feelings from the staff that you "must" get additional repairs immediately unless your in imminent danger(like brakes are completely gone). I've visited the service department since 2016 and the consistency of quality makes me come back again and again. More

Failed to complete work I brought my Outlander Sport in on January 1st for a scheduled appointment to have two tires replaced, three recalls changed, the alignment to be fixe I brought my Outlander Sport in on January 1st for a scheduled appointment to have two tires replaced, three recalls changed, the alignment to be fixed, to have my oil changed, and to have all of the fluids topped off as per the inspection. at 10am and was told it would take roughly 2 1/2 hours to complete. At 12:36pm I received a call stating that they were just now starting to work on my car and it would be finished around 3, despite the fact that it was supposed to be done by then. At 3:41pm I received a call that my car was finished and that they were going to wash my car for me. Upon arriving at the dealership I received my vehicle it had not been washed, which I was willing to look past because I had already waited long enough for my car. Upon arriving home I realized that the oil change meter had not been reset, none of my fluids were topped off, on top of the fact that they did not wash the car. I am unsure if they actually did the oil change at this point since the meter wasn’t reset and the other fluids were not filled. More
