Had an oil change I had my complimentary oil change, and they washed my car, just didn't vacuum it out. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff, clean waiting area, excellent coffee bar, my only complaint would be that I didn't have anyone meet me outside in the service drop off, so I didn't know exactly where to go or who to speak with, and the parking lot is horrible. Seems to be narrow with lots of pot holes and a mix of customers and inventory cars scattered everywhere. More

Have no idea what I paid for. Scheduled to bring my car in on a Monday am. No response from service advisor until after 5. No work done all day Tuesday. There was no follow up.
