Disappointed, My son brought my car up for a oil change last week. I had also asked to have 3 of my caps replaced on my tires, asking if there would be a charge. Th My son brought my car up for a oil change last week. I had also asked to have 3 of my caps replaced on my tires, asking if there would be a charge. The woman in service department said no problem they would put 3 new ones on, and there would be no charge. When they said the car was done my son noticed that it had not been done. Also when my son went to just and make sure there was windshield wiper fluid in my car, he was very surprised how much he had to put into it, to fill it up. It is small things, but I thought these were all part of the service taking it to the dealership. I could easily take my car on my lunch hour in my area, but thinking using you I would have had better maintenance. What I could have done in about 1-2 hour. Takes up about 3 hours turn around. Plus driving 25 minutes both ways. This is why I feel they just don't care. Disappointed. More

Fast friendly and courteous dealership I really don’t know where to begin from the moment you pull up you are greeted at the door with a handshake. There was absolutely no wait to speak wit I really don’t know where to begin from the moment you pull up you are greeted at the door with a handshake. There was absolutely no wait to speak with a salesman my salesman was extremely kind and knowledgeable about many things in regards to credit and being a first time car buyer and future credit helpful tips I would more than recommend this dealership seeing how they treat the customer almost like a family member. 10 stars if it was an option and I also like how they really did everything in there power to work with me with my credi score and it being my fit time at a major dealership me and my sister where also given light refreshments as well during my entire process we also where given a opportunity to do a pretty awesome scratch offer I didn’t win anything but it was definitely a fun time and experience and it’s a great idea to make the customer feel welcome offering the little things . My car salesman my my entire process comfortable easy to understand and most importantly I absolutely love my vehicle it’s absolutely beautiful and I love all the amazing features on the vehicle from the touch screen to my apple car play as well as the ice cold air conditioning and my car had tinted windows already which was very convenient over all I give my entire car buying experience a perfect 10 .
