Service review this was my first visit as i have recently moved to this area and not happy with the service. i came here for oil changes and tire rotation and had this was my first visit as i have recently moved to this area and not happy with the service. i came here for oil changes and tire rotation and had to wait for 2+ hours. also car was not leaked and tire pressure was not checked so i really dont know any if anything was checked or not. Good work, but wait time is too long The quality of work has always been very good. However, the wait times are progressively getting longer. I typically go just to get routine oil change The quality of work has always been very good. However, the wait times are progressively getting longer. I typically go just to get routine oil changes and tire rotations and it's taking 2-3 hours. The most recent service was almost 3 1/2 hours because the rotation was done but the oil change had not been written down and therefore had to be brought back in. An appointment should be necessary for any service to make sure any one day is not over booked. More

Disappointed in the service I a made an appointment because of the issue with my back window. I was clear when making to the appointment this is a new car and the window needs to I a made an appointment because of the issue with my back window. I was clear when making to the appointment this is a new car and the window needs to be fixed. In addition, I need an oil change and the interior needed to be cleaned because it rained in my car for hours. Hours later, unbeknownst to me my car was ready and no one told me. When I walked into the service area, I was ignored. No one greeted me. Then finally, the manager said that he will be right with as he was walking away. One he was ready, I asked him the status of my car. He could not tell me when it was fixed, but I can pick up the car. Once I looked the car over, I noticed the interior was not clean and still damp. The manager said he'll have someone work on it. My car's interior looked like an eight years old vacuumed my car. At the end of the day, customer service was poor and unexcusable. One good thing about my day was the Hyundai van driver, Danny, was very nice and professional. Everything else was a big disappointment. More

Great Experience!! Before going to Brandon Hyundai I have always had anxiety and stress about car shopping. My experiences in the past have not been the best and because Before going to Brandon Hyundai I have always had anxiety and stress about car shopping. My experiences in the past have not been the best and because of that I seriously have hated car shopping! As soon as we walked in the door at Brandon Hyundai I knew something was different, Jason who was our salesperson and he was amazing! They had this way of making us feel so comfortable, like we had known them for years. My husband and i left with our first brand new car and i couldnt be more happy!! Brandon Hyundai has definitely changed my views on car buying and we will be going back!! 😊 More
