The low score is due completely by the terrible finance department. From not receiving all the paperwork ( my extended warranty on a used car) and the attitude I received trying to get a copy of said warr department. NOW 30 days later (bought my car on (7-1-24) they STILL have not paid off my loan on my trade in. In Florida they legally have 10 days to pay it off. Going to try to contact again today (7-31-24) and if not my next call will be a lawyer. More
