After negotiating back and forth to try and get the advertised monthly payment we decided to leave. Josh, sales asst mgr, then authorized a better deal than the ntl. ad deal. We then went to financing where the deal changed again. Obviously communication from sales to finance did not happen, In spite of going back and forth for over 3 hours, in every case, the guys came through and I left a very happy customer. My salesman, Kieth was fantastic, upbeat, supportive and worked for me.. All is good. More

When I dropped off my car I was immediately greeted by Mike who was friendly and actually listened to my explanation of the car's problem. He then very clearly explained what they were going to do with the car to discover the cause of the trouble so that he could make his recommendations to me for the fix. When asked how much it would cost to just look at the car Mike told me he wasn't going to charge me just to look for an oil leak, which was very much appreciated by me! Thanks for being a straight shooter and a cool guy! More

Lack of even an inkling of customer service. Purchased car in 2014. Had a service advisory warranty extension issue. They should have serviced my car while it was under 100k miles. Like when it spent a week there with 91k miles on it. Now car has issue and the dealership i purchased the car with a service plan and a warranty extension. Now their solution is i should pay more. I know where i will NOT be buying my next car. I still waiting dor a call back from Michael Rago. More
