No communication I made an appointment for a simple oil change and dropped the car off at 8am. All they asked for was my phone number. By 2pm, I had not heard anythin I made an appointment for a simple oil change and dropped the car off at 8am. All they asked for was my phone number. By 2pm, I had not heard anything and called. After 3 calls I was never able to get an update. I showed up just before 5pm and had 3 people looking for my car. The service director, Michael, came out of his office to help and finally I was told that my car was done early in the day and there was obviously a miscommunication. He also told me that my brakes were wearing down. At that point, I was not charged for the oil change and when I asked for the paperwork, I was told that it would be mailed to me. To date, I have not received it. Michael gave me a coupon for another free oil change and tire rotation, but I don't have any confidence that my experience will be any different. This is the 3rd time that I've used this dealership and the 3rd time I've had a similar experience, although this one was the worst. Something is broken in their system. When you call, it is obvious that the people answering the phone are not in the building and are at the mercy of those that are, but they don't return calls. I hope they fix it but I don't think I'll be back. More
No Call on Service I dropped my car off for service at 8:30am and was told that the advisor would call with any recommendations and also when my car was finished and rea I dropped my car off for service at 8:30am and was told that the advisor would call with any recommendations and also when my car was finished and ready to go. I was also told that the service department was open until 6pm. I never received a call regarding my car - not with recommendations or when it was complete. I started calling for updates at 3:30pm and had to leave a message for an advisor to call me back - which never happened. I called again at 4:30 and once again was asked to leave a message. I finally just decided to go back up there at 5pm. When I arrived, all of the service advisors had already left for the day and one of the technicians along with one of the sales guys had to track down my paperwork and keys. There was also a note on the paperwork that I had declined the recommended services - even though I never received a call regarding these recommendations. This was by far the worst service I have ever had when taking a vehicle to a dealership for service. More
