I’ll start by saying that every single employee that I spoke to throughout the day I bought my car was beyond professional, friendly, curteous, polite, and accommodating. I didn’t go there as a casual buyer, but was there to look at one specific car. John made sure the car I wanted was right outside the main offices and ready to go for a test drive upon my arrival. At the end of the day, I got the exact car I wanted and they all bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. My ONLY criticism is how they list the pricing online. The line item in the pricing that says “you save” doesn’t indicate that’s all the savings that could add up are IF you qualify for all the rebates. This should really have an asterisk next to it to tell customers that there’s fine print elsewhere on the screen to look for, or should be re-worded to something like “Rebates”. This was the only road bump that I experienced and unfortunately yes, I do think the wording was rather deceiving, but they ended up giving me the “internet price” anyway. Overall I’m extremely happy with my purchase and experience. More
