Could have been better. We had an oil change appointment so I thought the wait time would be comparable tocwhat we were used to at our previous dealership. It was a long wait and at the end our service person pointed us to the wrong car and walked away. Our car was in the back against the dumpster with plastic still on the seat and paper number sheet on the dashboard. Speed it up for people with appointments and take the time to follow up on your work and we’ll be back. More

He listened to my needs, had a solution to every single concern, he was prompt, took matters into his own hands and got things done. He was real down to earth like a true friend. I felt I wasn’t even buying from a stranger. The entire process was smooth and organized and even finance department had a new signature software on his desk that completed the process in less than 10 minutes. The dealership itself had any and every style of Hyundai car you could ever want with any color you ever wanted. It really looked like this entire team cared and made the experience an enjoyable one. 2 hours for oil change. I have used this service before and Never had to wait for 2 hours for oil change. And no one let me know until it was ready. They did apologize. Great sales, frustrating service department Bought new car, after two days the LEDs did not work and discovered 6 inches of water in spare tire well. Called to set up appt, was later told parts came in when they did not. Was promied a return call twice when the parts came in... Never got the call back... Called to inquire about the parts several times. Line would ring or go to a VM box. Never got a call,back.had to go in person to find out status of parts. After some "feedback" the service will be done on Saturday. Not happy with the service dept... Lots of time, effort spent to make this happen on the buyers behalf. Improve More
Came in for oil change and left with issues Went in for an oil change and was told on the phone making an appointment would be best . Got there and was told it was an an hour and a half wait. Took them up on their courtesy service and had them drop me at the mall. I was told the driver would be back in an hour. Almost 3 hours later ( two standing outside waiting for the driver) no one in service picked up my calls. I called no less than 5 times . The people who answered the phone were excellent, however they were not able to get me an advisor. Also had my tires rotated only to leave and my alignment is so off I had to hold the wheel. Called the service manager and left 4 messages. Got nothing back. NEVER AGAIN More
