Run dont do it! I should have went with the reviews. After i finally got to talk to the service adviser on the phone he said he left me 2 messages, not. No worries i got u. What about the rental car? I am still paying $10 a day for hertz insurance. I will call u when it is ready. Òk please make sure u call me not your other client phone number. Ok i have 813***-**** yes that is mine not813-772-****! Please make sure u have it i dont want to keep paying $10 a day, with all these other things u found wrong, that my extended warranty doesnt pay for $498. Worth. No i will call u. 3 days later my friend calls me hey i am here bc something is wrong with the car i bought 1 week ago, and ur car is finished, just sitting there i said is there a number in the window or anything? She replied no. So I told her I will call right now. I called spoke to 2 different people first one was a man second was a woman neither one could find my name in the system or my phone number must say after 10 minutes of this going on I wasn't too happy I told the lady nevermind quit looking I will go ahead and come by there myself mind you I live 20 minutes away. I go up there and sure enough my vehicle is ready. I go to the service guy and he said oh I just called and left you a message on your phone your Outlander is ready. I was so hot and mad that I couldn't say a word except here is my credit card pay up what I owe make sure my car the rental from Hertz is not charged anymore Insurance fees. He ensures me that it wouldn't. Can't wait to see my credit card bill on how many days I paid insurance on a car. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN! Prior to my trip to the Mitsubishi dealership, I shopped at a few other dealerships in the area and had terrible experiences. The other dealerships seemed desperate to make a sale and wouldn’t give me a second to breathe. The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by Patrick Dawson, who immediately made me feel at ease. He took the time get to know me and exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. Never once did I feel pressured, which kept me in the door. Patrick Dawson was absolutely spectacular and entertaining! Chris Patel went above and beyond to seal the deal with the financing! Thanks guys! The whole experience was actually a blast and not what I had anticipated. I love my new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross! More

Poor communication and lack of follow up Major repair work was needed in my car, which took a month to complete. Never was I proactively called about status, only twice were my calls returned Major repair work was needed in my car, which took a month to complete. Never was I proactively called about status, only twice were my calls returned. I lost track of voicemails left, unreturned calls, and the like. The service work was fine and if I showed up in person, the people were helpful. Would not recommend to others as communication is free and should be a given in a service scenario like this. I received two requests for different experience surveys before the shop ever told me my car was done. More
