Garbage customer service Wow, what terrible customer service! Speaking specifically about their service department, they kept my pregnant wife waiting over 2 hours past her ap Wow, what terrible customer service! Speaking specifically about their service department, they kept my pregnant wife waiting over 2 hours past her appointment time for an oil change. When I called to complain (she was too nice) the receptionist was zero help. The icing on the cake was when my wife saw members grilling in the parking lot - either A) take less appts if you plan to grill out, or B) deal with a 2+hr back up you have. They have apparently chosen C) treat customers like garbage, withhold information, and be a generally terrible company. Would not recommend. Will not return. More
Misrepresentation and Deception My wife and I agreed to terms via phone and text with Patrick, who represented himself as "sales manager". Patrick said he would stay late for us that night. Before driving 1 hour in the rain with a baby and cancelling our evening clients, we decided to reach back out to Patrick 1 more time to confirm the terms of our deal. He confirmed. When we got there, we were advised that Patrick had to "step out" for the rest of the evening. Before I could even get the stroller out of the trunk, they proceeded to tell us that they cannot honor the terms of our deal, and that they had no idea why Patrick offered us such a deal. They increased our payment by hundreds of dollars and increased the price of the vehicle by thousands. They also advised us that Patrick had misrepresented himself as "sales manager" and is just an "internet salesman". We left the dealership extremely angry, and I attempted to contact Patrick via text. He ignored all texts. He did reply to my wife, but admitted no fault and took no ownership of his mistake. I would recommend in my own personal opinion, to avoid working with Patrick Dawson. More

Didn't pay off my trade in properly Never paid of my 2015 Hyundai lease properly. I purchased a 2018 Hyundai from them. We had an agreement for them to pay of existing lease and they Never paid of my 2015 Hyundai lease properly. I purchased a 2018 Hyundai from them. We had an agreement for them to pay of existing lease and they were 1 payment short. Besides me driving there from Sarasota and them not honoring our negotiated price on 2018 Hyundai when I got there but that's a whole another story. I've been trying to get someone to take care of this for 1 month now. Even the General Manager, Raul Gomila, is aware of this problem and still hasn't taken care of the situation. I , would NEVER buy from them again. More
