Excellent Purchase Experience I test drove the Elantra on Sunday afternoon, returned on Tuesday for another test drive. Because my original salesman (Jason) was off that day, his I test drove the Elantra on Sunday afternoon, returned on Tuesday for another test drive. Because my original salesman (Jason) was off that day, his partner (Rich) gladly accompanied me on the second test drive and offered to do all the paperwork for the purchase. Since my husband and I were in a hurry, we told the partner we would return on Thursday to finalize the purchase. We made an appointment with Jason for Thursday at 3:30 and were driving our new car off the lot by 5:30. All very fast and efficient. More

The staff was very pleasant, helped to get the price we wanted, and gave us a good finance deal. The only issue I have is with the blue link. I was told when I bought the car I had a free subscription to blue link. I was told to just push the blue link button on the rearview mirror and follow the instructions. The instructions, after I hit the button, said to go to the dealer for set up. When I contacted the dealer to try and get it resolved, I couldn't get anyone to answer how to set up the blue link. I left multiple messages but didn't get a call back until the following week. Once the dealership called I was told everything was set, all I had to do was go online to myhyundai.com and activate my account. I did that, and downloaded the app on my phone. However, now it's saying that none of the features of blue link are included in my package. Nothing on the blue link works. Like I stated earlier, the car is great, and overall I'm very happy, but it would have been nice to just tell me Sonantas aren't included in the blue link deal so I didn't waste my time with it. More
