Worst purchase experience ever! Avoid this dealership at all costs! I bought a brand new Palisade there and the detail shop is terrible - I had swirl marks in my paint and tire dressing overspray all over the rims and had to pay a professional detailer hundreds of dollars to fix. They agreed to pay half of my costs ($700), so $350 at the time of the complaint after purchase and inspection by detailer IF I AGREED to give them a perfect survey (which NEVER came). Called customer service rep and she said they have a new GM and not sure he will honor it and never called me back! Sales rep showed no care and I was clearly just another customer to her and she quickly moved on to the next. Worst place ever to buy a car from! More

I do use Brandon Hyundai for service often primarily because my experience there is under whelming. This time new tires and oil change. Service advisor was courteous and professional. After leaving the dealership I checked tire pressure to find it set at 40 psi. Should be 35. Confirmed with service department the correct pressure, reset myself. This service department proves every time they do not pay attention to the work quality. More
