We returned the car the next day and one of the managers, Art, looked at the car and assured us it would be fixed. He too is very customer oriented and went out of his way to make us happy customers. In fact, everyone we met over the next several days are friendly and helpful. We joked we were there so much, we felt like family members. I hope it is there tomorrow???? Went it to dealership a week ago and spoke with Jim John about a Hybrid limited. He handed me off to Matt Duke who seened like a good salesman. We cam Went it to dealership a week ago and spoke with Jim John about a Hybrid limited. He handed me off to Matt Duke who seened like a good salesman. We came to a deal, and Matt needed to get my specific car from another dealership. I called Matt on Friday and Matt confirmed that he had the car sitting there and it would be detailed and gassed up ready to go on Monday 7pm. I called on Monday before noon just to confirm again, Matt again said car was there but would not be detailed because of the rain today. I got a call around 4:30 from Jim John and he told me that the car was not there and it was at least 1 1/2 hour away and would not be there today. I soon got three different text from Matt Duke stating he had to leave in a hurry, then he said he was violently ill, then the illness was possible food poisoning. We will see what happens tomorrow...humm??? Thanks Duke..... Ill deal with someone else, hopefully a manager! Duke dont deserve my sales commission!! More
