I want to especially commend Marc Fisher, the senior salesperson with whom I initially connected (months ago) when I thought of leasing rather than pu I want to especially commend Marc Fisher, the senior salesperson with whom I initially connected (months ago) when I thought of leasing rather than purchasing my Sonata Hybrid. He was the primary individual I dealt with, though all the other Brandon Hyundai team that I interacted with were great. Marc distinguished himself as being in a special category relative to the dozens (literally) Hyundai salespeople I contacted all over the state of FL as well as the Southeast - by phone, face-to-face meetings, text and emails. He was superbly deferent, professional and kind throughout our multiple interactions. He texted me key decision-making info, even if it would mean I would 'wait' to the get the best car I needed - in short he showed his interest in me, my autonomy and my well-being as a customer. He never came across "shady" and "opaque" as is the case all too often with car salespeople (experience over 30 years). Rather he was communicative, transparent and supportive. He offered me options, provided me new information and gave great advice (sometimes stuff I needed to hear but didn't want to or didn't know I needed). He explained his rationale, freely sharing figures and nuances even in the lease vs buy conundrums and always remained optimistic and enthusiastic. He knew I was a physician with a busy schedule, and remained so patient with my unpredictable timeline and schedule. That said, once we "settled" on the car and the price (which he respected from my customer perspective rather than pushing me in any way), he was prompt and efficient with the "final" phase of our transaction. His personable nature, sense of humor and friendliness are all endearing qualities that we as a family appreciated. He seems to have refined salesmanship to a whole another level, making me feel as I drove away in the car, that I couldn't have found a better car from a better person - and in so doing, he helped me put Brandon Hyundai among the best dealerships that I have come across. I’m a new Hyundai customer so it was especially great to feel that I’m very likely to remain one for the rest of my driving life! Buying a new Hyundai Tucson I came to Brandon Hyundai to service a 2015 Hyundai Tucson, and I wound up purchasing a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. The Hyundai Tucson that I purchased had I came to Brandon Hyundai to service a 2015 Hyundai Tucson, and I wound up purchasing a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. The Hyundai Tucson that I purchased had more items on it than the 2015 Tucson that I traded in. The 2015 Tucson was leased. I find the Tucsons to be very reliable vehicles and will enjoy driving the new one purchased. More
