The WORST service and manners from behind the high desk! The man at the high front desk, (Eric F,) threatened to call the police because I asked for his name. He refused to tell me so I asked a floor salesma The man at the high front desk, (Eric F,) threatened to call the police because I asked for his name. He refused to tell me so I asked a floor salesman, who told me. I asked for the other man's name behind the desk and he didn't speak to me. Once again the floor salesman told me. I was very low key, no raised voice at all. Mr fort said to leave of he would call the police and then he pretended to call them. We went to Car Max and sold the car for less because of the poor manners and treatment we encountered here. When we arrived, after a quote, they tried to offer a 1,000 less than they offered over the phone, sight unseen, and still before even seeing the car. I think the man we were working with was quite embarrassed and the floor salesman who helped me get the names, was very kind and apologetic to us. More
