Poor customer service, lied about paying off existing lease I am appalled by this dealership. I came in to browse two months before my existing hyundai lease ended. They offered to pay off my existing lease ($6 I am appalled by this dealership. I came in to browse two months before my existing hyundai lease ended. They offered to pay off my existing lease ($650) if I left with a new car. Great! That was the plan all along. So we pick a car, settle on a deal, all is well. Get to finance, all of a sudden my payment is up $10. Had to argue just to get the price originally agreed upon. Why? Because they're hoping to gain a few extra hundred dollars that I won't notice. Throughout the process the finance guy spoke down to me for not paying rent to my husband?! and called me out because my husband paid the down payment instead of me (?!?!?!) at this point, I would have loved to never have contact with this place again, but they had promised me a check for $650 within two to three weeks. Well, it has now officially been 2 months I have been paying $800 a month in car payments, but no check. 2 weeks ago I was told it was in the mail, never got it. Several calls have gone unanswered. I feel pretty certain I will never see that money. A friend wanted to buy my exact car and ended up going to Jacksonville instead of giving another dollar to this place. Absolutely do not recommend. I won't even go there to get my car serviced in the future. More
