I now realized that I made a mistake and did not had it in writing. I simply took his word on that. They Redeemed Themselves!! I had a previous experience at this location - my first time ever going there - that was less than stellar. In fact, it was just awful. I was so ups I had a previous experience at this location - my first time ever going there - that was less than stellar. In fact, it was just awful. I was so upset, I left a very negative review. And although they ended up not charging me for the minor repair, I was determined that I would not be going back here again for future service. A couple of days later, I was contacted by one of the service managers and I have to say that they did the right thing and apologized profusely and said that they didn't want to lose me to another dealership. They asked me to consider coming back for my next maintenance service free of charge and if they improved, would I continue to be a customer? I thought about it and decided that I would allow them to do my next oil change and IF I was satisfied with their work/service, then not only would I come back as a customer, I would write a new review letting folks know that they do care about their customers and want to do what they can to make things right. I did end up going back and was very happy with the service that I received. I am glad that I gave them a 2nd chance. If you find yourself in a similar situation, see if you can talk to the manager and work something out. I feel that this could be the NEW beginning of a good partnership. Consider it... More
