I was looking to buy and a new car and my choices were a #1 nissan #2 volkswagon and #3 a hyundai. I have had only nissan cars for the past 22yrs, and only had decided to check out a sonata or elantra because of consumer rating. I was not into any hard sell and made that clear to earl from the begining, he respected my wishes and gave me plenty of time to decide, he was well aware that I was looking at other cars but did not try to keep me on the lot as so many other dealers had already done. I was able to look at both models as my questions and leave without a problem, this was great and i was able to make my decision without any pressure!!!!! In my experience this is almost unheard of, a refreshing change. Obviously my decision was to buy a Sonata Limited and very pleased both with my car (midnight blue) and my experience. Mr. Johnson who handeled the finance end of the deal was also great,I'm a hard sell and upfront with my feelings, he was great and did not try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in, also a new experience. I actually was so impressed I made them both brownies to show my appreciation. All in all I was able to get my beautiful new car without the usual hassle of high pressure salsmen.Couldn't have been better More
I bought my 2003 Mits. from this dealership in 2003 and recently traded it in for a newer model Mits. Earl was awesome to work with. No pressure haggling. Just straight forward and non-aggressive. Earl Kober (Director of Internet Sales) was excellent to work with. He responded very quickly to our initial email inquiry and was extremely patient as we tried out different Hyundai models. He never pushed, never used the distasteful car sales techniques that have ruined previous purchase experiences elsewhere. He is friendly, sincere and made us feel valued. He was much more concerned about our finding the right vehicle for us than for meeting any sort of sales goal or quota. Just a great guy! Also, Max (Finance) made the paperwork process as painless and quick as possible. With our experiences with Earl and Max, we would definitely recommend Brandon Hyundai. Just be sure to ask for them!! Oh, and we LOVE our new Sonata!! More

I had a wonderful experience w/ the Brandon Hyundai dealership! I saw the Azera and inquired on it, however the dealership did not have what I wanted so Earl Kober went to great lengths to get the car dealership! So on Saturday I got the call that my car had arrived and I just traded in my 2012 Sonata for the 2012 Azera and I am so happy. My salesman was Earl Kober and my finance person was Max Saltz, together they both made me feel important. They were very encouraging and positive when it came down to the bottom line. I felt right at home and I highly recommend for you to visit them when looking for your next vehicle - together they will make sure you are taken care of 100%! More

Went to this dealership to purchase Hyundai Genesis Coupe and had the pleasure of dealing with J.J. in the finance department. He worked tirelessly on an extremely difficult loan application but was able to and had the pleasure of dealing with J.J. in the finance department. I came in on 2/27/12 to purchase a used vehicle. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the salesman, Chris Shimko. I ended up purchasing a 2008 Saab 93 2.0t, and absolutely love it. He went over all of the features, including setting up my bluetooth, and has since spoken with me on the phone regarding a couple questions I had. All in all, it was the least pressure, most enjoyable car shopping experience I have had to date. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a new or used car. :) More
I looked online and saw that they had a few Sonatas I'd be interested in so I filled out a a credit application online so that I could be pre-approved when I went into the dealership. Well, they never actually ran my credit, they just used the application as a way to get in touch with me, calling and emailing me every day. This was the first time I was purchasing a new car, and so my dad was helping me. He lives in another state but I informed Steve to please communicate with my dad, that I was only coming in to pick out the car I wanted to buy. Well he didn't listen. He also did listen to any of the phone conversations we had because I got emails saying thank you for your interest in purchasing an Equinox, I was TRADING in the Equinox, so obviously their level of customer service and listening skill were not there. I made the mistake of going in to the dealer anyways, and it was terrible. Not friendly at all. I think they didn't like that I am a women that would actually give them a hard time and not just get pushed around. I received a pretty rude email when I left there from Steve because I hadn't wanted to deal with him at the dealership, and that made him angry. Overall, I took my business elsewhere, I went to Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa and bought a new car and had a very enjoyable care buying experience. Go to Courtesy. I don't know how Brandon Hyundai is still in business. More
