2 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment and no complimentary car wash included. The assigned service advisor was not present and a new SA was assigned. I was told the time needed was for safety inspections, but NINETY minutes was spent waiting unnecessarily. This dealership is either oversubscribed for appointments, incapable of managing workloads, or is disorganized. They certainly do not value their customer’s time. More

I understand busy days, emergencies, and being short staffed, and would appreciate 5 hours to complete an oil change with a prescheduled appointment.
