Service department did not rotate tires as service recap indicated. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation with an appointment. I took the shuttle home. And I actually had to call to see if my car was done because I know that the shuttle driver leaves at 5pm. And appointment. I took the shuttle home. And the guy who was appointed to me when I called back said my car has been done for a while. So as usual going into this god for sacking place I’m fuming. I ask for my service tech and someone said he’ll be up shortly. 30 min later I ask for him again ohh he’s in a meeting. Like W.T.F!!!! Can someone please get my car. Nobody new anything and said I had to wait for him. I asked to speak to a manager in person and even called to speak to a manager on my cell phone. Just to see who would attend me quicker. And I got no response either on the phone or in person. And still no car!!!!! But wait it gets better, the gentleman who was outside checking people in for windshield repairs is the guy who actually found out where my car was got my keys and drove it up front where I can drive off… this guy isn’t even on there payroll and is a 3rd party vendor according to him. I asked him why he was doing there job for them and his reply was, (“I watched you as you asked for everyone to assist you and over heard you calling to speak to a manager and nobody was willing or able to help you. And I seen you from cool and calm to ready to go off on the next person who couldn’t help you. So I went and found your vehicle and had someone give me the okay to get it to you.”) This man went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle after standing around for over an hr where nobody who is a part of Hyundai was able to do for me. What a xxxxen joke excuse the language but I hope who ever reads this can understand my frustration. This is an on going thing with this dealership and for this reason I don’t care how much I like my santafe I will trade this in for a different brand. What a xxxxen JOKE!!! And I hope this review gets to upper management. So they can try to see that this is absolutely ridiculous, disrespectful to a client and very unprofessional. More
