The worst service department I have ever dealt with, from the first time. When I bought the car I received to free oil changes. I live in St Pete, which is 45 min from the dealership, so I scheduled my first the first time. When I bought the car I received to free oil changes. They are already so backed up that they tell me it is at least a 3 hour wait. So I leave and go to a drive thru place down the street. Then I go back for my "1st oil change" and sit and wait, it was fine (took over an hour). Then I make another appoint for 1 pm on Sunday, 4:30 a service tech comes out and says you need new brakes. So I get them done. Don't leave till 6pm. Drive my car for few weeks when I notice the rotors are making the car shake. Drive it all the way back and they apologize and fix for free. Three months later my car is shaking again. I call, they say bring it in (can't just do that because I have to have a car and the dealership is so far away!!) When I explain to them the situation, no offers of solutions, just bring it in when you can. Poor customer satisfaction. Then I make appointment for Monday at 8am, drop it off Sunday night. No call all day Monday, I call, the service tech asks me, "why is your car here?" Like WHAT?!?!? I have called multiple times about my breaks, my appointment was made 3 weeks ago, and you have no idea what my car is even there for???? So 2 days later they quote me 1240 dollars, ummm that's a no! More
