I visited this dealer for just an oil change. I could barely get in the parking lot as a bulldozer was grading the dirt road. I dropped my Tucson off and was told it shouldn't be too long. After 2 hours of waiting with no update I inquired at service desk for status. I was told it was just about done. Final time for my visit was 2 1/2 hours which is too long for this type of service. Waited over 2 hours, never received the video of the car being serviced, the coffee machine was broken and there were no snacks. I initially went to get my oil changed. Which happened. Then the guy who changed my oil, kindly fixed my bumper which was dangling! (I didn’t ask him too) how amazing!
