I always find the service dept to be extremely disorganized and people are very friendly. I had an amazing experience buying my 2021 Sonata at this dealership. I have been in three times now for routine maintenance and each time has been a disorganized mess with unfriendly people who seem like their job is a chore they would rather not do. More

My engine light came on. I brought my car in. It was at the shop all day. No one let us know when my car was done. We showed up at closing to pick up my car. They said it was I brought my car in. I can't afford to keep dropping my car off and not having it fixed. It's very frustrating because it's a new car and there's something wrong with it. Everything was so disorganized. I shouldn't have to be without a car when my car is only a year old. I don't know what else to do. More
I have been there way to many times. Finally got my front tires replaced but they don’t even match the back tires. Then they tell me I have to get an alignment. I have extended warranty and the extended warranty on that warranty. Why am I paying all this money if the simplest things aren’t taken care of? Like really let me put new tires on the vehicle but yeah you have to get the alignment makes no sense. And the wait is ridiculous! Not happy at all with my service. More
