Waited to long for a scheduled service (oil change). Also the service department had a hard time replacing my windshield wipers. My service was unable to be completed on first visit due to the nature. However the staff was friendly and attentive on every visit. However, I had two concerns. The first was there was no visible oil chang to the nature. However the staff was friendly and attentive on every visit. However, I had two concerns. The first was there was no visible oil change sticker reminder and there was a loss of almost a half of a tank of gas with this process. When I asked for a replacement I was denied. I can not believe that is not allocated for in an engine change. This is my first experience with Hyundai. Not particularly happy with the service level. More
