Took my car in for an oil change. The next day my car notified me the washer fluid was low. When I filled it myself all the fluid poured out the bottom. Called the dealership and they had me bring it back where they confirmed they unplugged the hose for the washer fluid. Claimed they fixed it, a couple days later I get the same notification. Buy fluid to fill it up and what do you know it is all leaking out. So disappointed with my service. A standard oil change turned into a headache and them breaking something on my car. More

Completely unsatisfied. Dropped my car off at the dealership to replace an alternator and it’s sat there for days with no communication from the dealership whatsoever. They replaced parts that were under warranty and they informed me before I agreed to the work that they would give me the parts back so I could get refunded for those parts. When I went to pick up my car, they informed me they accidentally threw the parts out and offered me no compensation for the hundreds of dollars they cost me. I would never use this dealership for any type of service. More

I had to travel multiple times for issue to be fixed. Parts were ordered but that was not the right part.
