Came in for oil change and left with issues Went in for an oil change and was told on the phone making an appointment would be best . Got there and was told it was an an hour and a half wait. Took them up on their courtesy service and had them drop me at the mall. I was told the driver would be back in an hour. Almost 3 hours later ( two standing outside waiting for the driver) no one in service picked up my calls. I called no less than 5 times . The people who answered the phone were excellent, however they were not able to get me an advisor. Also had my tires rotated only to leave and my alignment is so off I had to hold the wheel. Called the service manager and left 4 messages. Got nothing back. NEVER AGAIN More

2 hours for oil change. I have used this service before and Never had to wait for 2 hours for oil change. And no one let me know until it was ready. They did apologize. Did not get his name unfortunately.As far as the new car area they get a 0.I was looking at new the Genesis, and everyone passed by me, and not one offered a word ....of are you shopping for a new car etc.I walked through the lot, and the same thing nobody approached me and asked if I needed help or if I was looking for a new car. That’s the first time that’s ever happened when I’ve been over there. The good marks are for service... not sales More

A 2 hr “advance made appt” went from 9am until 6:30 pm I’m too exasperated to write all of the problems that occurred on this scheduled appt. Just a regular check up and to fix two items that should have b I’m too exasperated to write all of the problems that occurred on this scheduled appt. Just a regular check up and to fix two items that should have been fixed a year ago at same appt but at that time they blew me off saying they were too busy! The actual SAFETY RECALLS from last year, that they said were “taken care of” and noted so in the computer, WERE NOT! I actually told my service manager about one of them having to do with the brake like and a plug that came out and drained my battery (a new one) that my neighbor jumped twice but it wouldn’t hold. So I had to go purchase another new battery for my car because of this!!! The fact that my door wouldn’t lock when I needed it to be, or unlock just the same, was also not fixed a year ago but was at this appt. The actual problem for my charging ports (not even looked at last year) was due to a loose wire! That also caused my own safety to be in jeopardy! Every update I received added another “2-2.5 hrs”. I remained at dealership until 12:15pm (should have been done) but was told they needed another 3hrs, so the shuttle van drove me home (6 miles away). I waited and then called at 3:30 and was told I’d get a call from shuttle driver soon. At 3:45 he called to say he’d be here at my home in 45 mins. He arrived at 5pm and THEN DROVE ME to puck up a women 45 mins in rush hour traffic (not telling me this at 4pm call) and THEN another 25 mins out to pick up a man who was driven to play golf 19 miles fromdealership! We finally got to dealer at 6:30 pm! Side note: to pass time I was looking at new cars in the morning. Not one salesman approached me, some were outside smoking, another sitting inside a new car doing something in his phone. It was a new hire, young 23 Brennan, who very professionally said hello to me later at the coffee station. I went for a test drive with him and he was going to get me a final price on the car we test drove. I didn’t receive a call from him until 6:15 pm (while I was kidnapped in their shuttle van). I told him, if the service department sucks and that means mechanics, then I’ll buy my new car from a better quality dealership. If this one swings the pendulum to a more positive experience, I told him that I’d buy from him in a heartbeat! NOTE-The same salesman who originally sold me this used car and sexually harassed me that day and every service call (why I brought it only once a year) was there today and was literally stating me up and down as if undressing me! Every single female he saw, he gawked at and kept on staring(with his mouth open/eeew). Total CREEP! More

A well needed change over your previous waiting room. A better waiting room experience. You need a couple higher tables to put your computer on. I found it a bit chilly. How about getting some classy outside furniture to replace the pick nick table. I love the coffee machine. The free pastries leave a lot to be desired. The Honda dealership used to have all kinds of donuts. Like to commend Corey as he kept me informed as to what was going on with the repair. I did not feel as if I had been abandoned. Upon returning the mechanic said it was probably a glitch in the system. They couldn’t get it to repeat. So they told me they had seen this before and it just went away. I was ready to take my car when I remembered to ask about my spoiler fading and if it would be covered. Corey said he could ask and would let me know. He called me back and it was repainted. He offered a loaner because it took a little longer than anticipated. More
