Brandon Hyundai is AWESOME! I arrived approximately 20 minutes before my scheduled service and was greeted right away. Just minutes later, my service advisor, Donnie Seufzer cam I arrived approximately 20 minutes before my scheduled service and was greeted right away. Just minutes later, my service advisor, Donnie Seufzer came out and promptly brought me into the service area to discuss service and recommendations. I received a text encouraging communication with Donnie whilst I waited for service to be completed. The wait felt brief (a little over an hour) which I truly appreciated. I was back on the road in no time! I will return to Brandon Hyundai for sure!! More

Every time I walk into the service department I do not get the same amount of attention that I do when I walk through the door of the sales floor. It's smiles and energy when you think you can make money get the same amount of attention that I do when I walk through the door of the sales floor. It's smiles and energy when you think you can make money off of me, but not so much the same after you've gotten it. The service reps all but ignore me when I walk in the door. You'll have multiple people sitting at their work stations and none of them appear to care less that I'm standing there. This happens every time I come there. It's not isolated. And the last two reps that I worked with seemed that I was more of a bother. I was disturbing them, is how I felt. Therefore I would not recommend any of my peers to seek service there. I have no plans on returning. More
