He went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy work schedule and helped me coordinate the repair and even offered to have me picked up from my plac He went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy work schedule and helped me coordinate the repair and even offered to have me picked up from my place of work to come get my vehicle. He even took the time to wash clean and scrub my dirty car. It looked like it was detailed. My vehicle was disabled on the way home from Ft Myers to Ohio. AAA was able to two my vehicle to Brandon Hyundai in Tampa, FL. Mr Ed Johnson my Service Consultant took the time to explain to me the proces Ohio. AAA was able to two my vehicle to Brandon Hyundai in Tampa, FL. Mr Ed Johnson my Service Consultant took the time to explain to me the process that the maintenance department would be preforming. If the problem with the engine was not the fault of the manufacturer he call and keep me informed of what was needed to repair the engine. If it was a manufacturer defect then Hyundai Customer Service would get involved. I was in Tampa with a family emergency back in Ohio. Ed contacted Hertz and set up a car rental so I could proceed to Ohio to assist my family. Hyundai shipped a new engine to the Dealership for my vehicle. Ed has kept me informed along the way for the replacement of the engine. Ed called Friday to inform me that my vehicle is ready for pick-up. Thanks to Ed I was able to continue my trip home in a timely manner. Thank you Brandon Hyundai. More
