We had used Costco auto program and were contacted by Mike Metcalfe from AutoWay Nissan of Brandon. Mike was very polite and helpful on the call, we at first were looking at the Altima and Mike said just Mike Metcalfe from AutoWay Nissan of Brandon. We called back about a week later and asked Mike if he had time for us and he said sure, but we said this time we were looking at the Sentra. We went over and met Mike, he right away asked a few questions about the car we wanted to look at and brought us over to one. We looked at it, and Mike asked if we wanted to take it for a drive and we did. As we were driving, Mike explained about the car, the controls the milage and other information. When got back to the dealr site, we said the original car we wanted to look at was the Altima, and Mike took us over to also look at that, but we actually liked the Sentra. Mike then asked us about the car body color, the interior color, and showed us the available additions we could have. We are pretty locale drivers and not interested in screens on the dash, backup vision, and all the electronics available and told Mike that. We were so suprised we received no pressure at all from Mike, he explained the items but did not pressure us and we thought that was great and it made us more at ease. We had been to another dealer, (another maker), and we were not happy being told what we would have to buy. We are concerned about our budget and this was were we were worked with by Mike and then Lars Thurman who aked, showed and explained but also we found Lars a great person to work with. We purchased the car, LOVE IT, we had registration and tag transfer done by Mike and Lars, IT WAS GREAT. We think AutoWay Nissan of Brandon is great. Thanks More

I recently purchased my first car at Autoway Nissan of Brandon and I must say the experience was truly phenomenal. My salesman was Eddie Guadalupe and he was simply fantastic. As soon as I walked in he had the most welcoming smile on his face, told me his name, and asked if I needed help with anything. I told him I was looking for a used vehiclle and from that point on he took me under his wing and escorted me down the long, yellow brick road of purchasing a car. Unlike the Wizard of Oz however, this trip was smooth, easy, and surprisingly fast. Eddie was all ears as he listened to all my questions and asnwered all of them with ease. He really knew everything there to was to know about the buying process and that reassured me that I knew all there was to know during each step I took towards the final goal of owning my first car. Oh, and did I mention that he had pizza, snacks, and an abundance of drinks for me to enjoy at any time during the process? My family was looking for a specific vehicle to fit our needs and budget. We had been looking closer to home, but the dealer we were working with didn't seem too interested in making the deal happen. After specifying the vehicle we were looking for on the Nissan website, we were able to locate the car we were looking for at Autoway of Brandon. Within ten minutes, I was speaking to Randy about a time we could meet. As we live 45 minutes away from Brandon with a very busy schedule, we had to meet at 8:00 p.m. leaving only an hour until the dealership was supposed to close. Randy, Lindsey, and the guys in the shop were not phased in the least to make sure all of our questions were answered, the deal was satisfactory for both parties, examined our trade, and ensured the car was completely detailed and filled before we left the lot. It was a very pleasurable purchasing experience! More
