Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. My son and I were shopping for his first car. We found a car he really liked and test drove it. Geo and his manager explained that they just got it in and it wasn't ready just yet to be sold until it went through their service inspection and pricing. I asked what the timeframe for that was and they said it could be ready today or tomorrow. I asked them if we could go grab lunch for an hour and come back to see what the price and final details would be of when it would be ready. They said that worked for them. We came back an hour later, they made us sit and wait another half hour while they continued to "finalize the numbers". Then Geo came back and told me that they had just sold the car to someone else. I couldn't believe they would do that. He proceeded to explain how it was my fault because we left, even though that was the agreed upon plan in order to give them time to put everything together! I was shocked that anyone would do that. The truth is, they have zero customer service or loyalty and will do whatever it takes to make a sale, regardless of their agreement to another customer. I got a call from Trey the next day asking how my experience was. When i told him what happened, he had the nerve to ask me if there was another car i was interested in! Unbelievable! He couldn't have cared less what my experience was. I walked out without a car and his phone call had one purpose, to sell me a car. They are the epitomy of used car salesmen! More
I recently went in to make a purchase and the salesman Austin was phenomenal, he made sure all of our needs were met and if we had any questions he made sure he answered them.. Worst experience. From the first contact, they start cheating on you. CARFAX shows one price in the showroom is another. Requesting a specific car and when you came to the showroom without explaining anything show another car with worse parameters but at a high price. Then, without food for 7 hours they try to confuse you, foist additional services as a result the price of the car increases by one third of the original cost. Test drive with the radio on did not reveal any problems. Immediately after purchase found out that the initial speed of 40mph starts whistling in the wind near the passenger seat. Went back to the dealership. Given the end of the day offered to come back in the morning. Arrived in the morning and waited over 3 hours to find out the problem was the mirror but my insurance doesn't cover this one and if I want it will cost me $920. Bingo. So I was sold a car with a defect. I went with the problem the same day and I'm already being offered to pay for it. All the work of the salon is built on lies, exhausting the client to exhaustion. And when you come out with the purchase you are not happy with it because the whole process was associated with stress, bad and dishonest service. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Run away if you want to save your nerves and money. More

We called in advance and spoke with a saleswoman, to find out if a car online was available and they told us it was available and we explained we were coming from several hours away. Halfway through our driv out if a car online was available and they told us it was available and we explained we were coming from several hours away. Halfway through our drive we decided to call again and confirm and they did tell us the car was still available so we continued our drive. When we got to the dealership after a multiple hour Drive the manager Jose was outside told us the car had already been sold and was already gone… we explained we had called to confirm several times in advance within an hour and they had our information and why did they not let us know and he was very rude disrespectful and did not care or did not try to sell us something else or accommodate us in any other way, after seeing all of the other poor reviews of the dealership I am in hindsight glad we did not conduct business and will no longer consider this dealership for any purchase. More
