Sales - Sales negotiation was deceptive. Actual vehicle price was not as advertised online, and was misrepresented during initial conversation and 2 rounds of negotiations. No vehicle window sticker was present on the vehicle. Dominic was my sales rep and he was knowledgeable in the vehicle description and provided good service. Unfortunately he was having to act as a mediator between myself and his management. Vehicle trade in - Great experience while trading in my vehicle. Staff was knowledgeable and thorough. Trade in value was fair with only minor haggling Finance - Addison handled my financing and was excellent, experienced 5 star service. Overall - Pleased with my new vehicle and my trade in experience. Even though I always had the final decision, I feel like purposely keeping the actual vehicle price from me during conversations and during initial negotiations was done in bad faith. More
