I went into the dealership on Monday with no intent to purchase a vehicle. I was able to look around the dealership lot without being hassled, if you will by a sales person, which was fantastic. I went in the showroom and was immediately greeted by one of the managers who found me a sales rep to work with. Mason was fantastic to work with no pressure to purchase. No pressure to do anything we talked and he asked if we wanted to go through numbers we said no thank you. My wife and I went home and discussed the purchase and decided to move forward. I called him up the next day and told him I was interested and he had taken a note of what my preferences were and he happened to find a Subaru Forrester hybrid that had the interior that I was wanting. We arranged a meeting time, he was there with the car he found that had the interior i wanted, at the time we discussed. It was a very pleasant experience all the way around, not a hard negotiate they let us know about discounts that we’re available for like Costco membership Sam’s membership. Mason worked with us to find the best one for us overall, a great experience, from the time we drove up until the car was purchased. From the first greeting to Addison the finance guy. I would highly recommend the Tomes Subaru dealership to everyone! More
