I have a very bad experience in this dealer ship , the price shown to me by the sales man did not match the price when i got the contract , the finance person trick me on this , i been a loyal subaru hav price shown to me by the sales man did not match the price when i got the contract , the finance person trick me on this , i been a loyal subaru having 4 subaru on this dealership so far but this time the rpice i got for the preown suv it seems price like i buy a brand new suv kindly investigate this dealership , some finace manager abuse the pricing making too expensive for the buyer , i will never recommend subaru to all my friend in the future i much as i like subaru but this dealership can never get any future buy from me i have being trick in pricing , on the sales person by Cris Gandara he menton to me the price is 36K that why i take the deal no issue with the sales person he is really good but when the finance manager over price me too much which is i hate , even the contract he forgot to copy in the USB , when i call to let him explain why the price not does coincide and i ask the break down he can never send an explanation via email , i been waiting for almost 3 weeks already . given a chance to return the vehicle i will return it to this dealership and get subaru from other dealership this is really a bad experience thinking i been buying subaru on this dealership for 4 times already More

Certified used car smelled funny but I was told it was cleaning solvent. Got it home and after 5 days in garage the smell of smoke was overpowering and I found an ash burn on seat. Overall, the service was disappointing. While the salesperson was decent, they were not clear during negotiations for a 7-year-old car. After reaching an agreement, the finance department ran my credit six times, which negatively impacted my credit score, and then sent me home because their finance department was closed. The following day, I was asked to come in and sign the finance documents, with the promise that the car would be ready. When I requested a detailed breakdown of the finance terms, I received a text stating a 16% interest rate unless I provided $2,000 to $5,000 upfront. I asked to speak with the finance person via email or phone to discuss the terms, but I only received a text from the salesperson reiterating the 16% interest rate. It is unreasonable to expect anyone to sign paperwork without fully understanding the terms and conditions. Ultimately, I went to another Subaru dealership that treated me with kindness and respect. There, I purchased a car with a 4% interest rate. This experience has left me with no intention of returning to this dealership or recommending it to anyone I know. More
